YOUR AGE

All drivers must be between 25-70 years old and in possession of a full driving licence. Drivers aged 21-24 are subject to additional insurance charges. British licences must be held for a minimum of 1 year, overseas licences for a minimum of 2 years. Allowances can be made for minor endorsements (please contact us for details). Drivers of Minibuses must be over 25 years old and in possession of category D1 driving licence.

DOCUMENTATION

Driving licence for all drivers, your DVLA Check Code, Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, tenancy agreement) and a Visa Card Or Mastercard for £100 Deposit. No cash accepted.

INSURANCE

The hirer is provided with insurance. The hirer is liable for the first £500 of any cost for damages. This can be reduced to £200 with a collision damage waiver.

PAYMENT

Hire charges and deposit are required in full before commencement of hire. Pre paid bookings require 24 hours of cancellation or fees will be forfeited. We only accept debit & credit cards, stricly no cash.

WEEKEND HIRE

Vans are to be collected between 9.00 – 12.00 Saturday. Friday collection is available between 16.00 – 18.00 for an additional cost of £24.00 + VAT. Vans can be returned on Sunday if required.

LIMITATIONS

Only the hirer and drivers approved at the time of hire are permitted to drive the vehicle. The hired vehicle must not be taken outside the UK mainland.
